Summer Term Clubs 2017

Registration will be on a first come first served basis and will be online via Parentmail PMX shop from MONDAY 24th April at 8am until WEDNESDAY 26th April at 11am. If you are unable to access Parentmail PMX please contact the school office.

Once again you will see from the list below that there is a great range of different clubs on offer across the school this term.

Each club will have a charge of £3.50 for the term which must be paid in advance.

After Wednesday 26th April (If places are still available) we will email to advise that pupils can register for more than one club.

In accordance with our Charges and Remissions Policy, where pupils are registered for free school meals there will be no charge. Please contact the school office on 01473 728566 and Mrs Chapman will manually book a place for your child providing there are places available on their chosen club. (Pupils that receive universal free school meals only in reception, years 1&2 will still need to pay for the club)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

To book a club: Log onto your Parentmail account Select Payments (from the drop down menu on the left) Select Shop (on the top bar located at the top of the screen) Only clubs available for your child should be visible and as clubs become full you will no longer be able to see them. Please note at initial registration bookings are limited to 1 club per child, if two clubs are booked in error someone from the office will contact you.

Registration closes at 9am on Friday 28th April; club requests will not be accepted after this date.

Clubs will start week commencing Monday 1 st May 2017 and will finish week commencing Monday 3 rd July 2017.

All after school clubs start at 3.30pm and will finish between 4:15-4:45pm. For those being collected, a prompt pickup is required otherwise your child may not be able to continue in a club. If for any reason a club has to be cancelled, due to bad weather for example, the school’s texting service will continue to be used to inform parents in such circumstances. It is expected that your child will attend all club sessions. If for any reason your child is unable to attend a club meeting the club leader must be informed beforehand to advise them of the reason for their absence. Should your child no longer wish to participate in the club, we would ask you please to inform the club leader immediately. All club fees are non-refundable.

Dear Parents,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CLUBS REGISTRATION

The school clubs registration opens next week but this year, we have changed our method of registration to online booking via Parentmail. You will be able to log on from 8.00am on Monday morning and sign up in the comfort of your own home. I must stress that bookings are still on a first come, first served basis and once places are full the system will not allow further bookings, so be ready to log on. There will also no longer be priority booking for children on Free School Meals. These children will continue to have clubs provided free of charge. We will continue to ensure these children’s needs are met by providing additional curriculum, teaching and learning support as appropriate and we would encourage these children to attend after school clubs as they provide rich learning experiences and enjoyment which benefit all children. Yours sincerely, Tracy McKenzie Headteacher
