 In gymnastics we have been learning about creating paired and group balances. The focus has been creating strong, supportive positions safely. We talked about how it actually needs to hold the other person up – if their partner could move away and they still hold the position then they aren’t supporting each other.

We looked at strength in bodies to hold a position without wobbling and how it is important that bodies are in line – no bottoms sticking out!!

We then when on to fully holding someone completely off the ground.
